About Us

The Outpatient Chemotherapy Unit provides patient-focused chemotherapy, infusion and transfusion services.

Staffed by chemotherapy-certified Oncology Nurses and Oncologic Pharmacists, the unit provides a comfortable setting for outpatient chemotherapy and various procedures as ordered by the physician. Other services provided for oncology patients include blood transfusions, IV hydration, laboratory services, blood draws and central line maintenance.

Along with specialized training in oncology care, the medical staff brings in years of adequate experience in terms of compassionate care that gives hope to their valued patients.


Services
The Medical City’s Outpatient Chemotherapy Unit has 11 cubicles, 3 chemotherapy nurses on duty, and 3 oncologic pharmacists to manage medications.

The unit also accepts appointments and walk-ins subject to availability.
