		Dr. Augusto P. Sarmiento Chairman Emeritus Dr. Augusto P. Sarmiento is Chairman Emeritus of The Medical City’s Board of Directors; Proser Health Services Inc.; Medical Arts Tower, Inc.; PSI Healthcare Development Services Corp.; Guam Healthcare Development, Inc.; The Medical City Clark, Inc.; and Philippine Foundation for Health & Development Inc. Aside from being a Consultant-in-Surgery for The Medical City, Dr. Sarmiento is one of the top surgical oncologists in the Philippines, specializing in head and neck surgery.

		Mr. Jose Xavier B. Gonzales Chairman and CMSO Jose Xavier B. Gonzales serves as Chairman of The Medical City’s Board of Directors; and is the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of The Medical City. He is the CEO of The Medical City for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He also serves as Director of PSI Healthcare Development Services Corp.; The Medical City Clark, Inc.; Guam Healthcare Development, Inc.; The Medical City South Luzon; and Creative Hotel Concepts Inc. He is also Chairman and President of Felicitas Antoinette, Inc.; Chairman of The Nutriganics Farm, Incorporated; Chairman and controlling shareholder of Universal Storefront Services Corporation, President and Director of Fountel Corporation; and Director of Proser Health Services, Inc. Mr. Gonzales holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines where he graduated magna cum laude.

		Dr. Eugenio Jose F. Ramos President and CEO Dr. Eugenio Jose F. Ramos is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Medical City. He is also CEO of The Medical City Iloilo; Director and Chief Operating Officer of Medical Arts Tower, Inc., Director of Proser Health Services Inc., PSI Healthcare Development Services Corp., The Medical City Clark Inc., Guam Healthcare Development, Inc., and The Medical City South Luzon. Dr. Ramos earned his medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 1980. He took up his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at The Medical City (1980-1984), and his fellowship training in adult cardiology at the UP-PGH (1985-1986). He is a diplomate and fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) and of the Philippine College of Cardiology. He was awarded Distinguished Fellow of the PCP in 1999. Dr. Ramos obtained his MBA in Health at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) in 2008 (gold medalist). Dr. Ramos became PCP’s 45th president in 2009.

		Sister Maria Rosalia A. Nacionles, RVM Director Sister Maria Rosalia A. Nacionales, RVM is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors. She is also Econome General of Religious of the Virgin Mary; and Treasurer of Mother Ignacia Development Foundation.

		Mr. Thomas J. Smith Jr. Director Thomas J. Smith Jr. is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors. He is also President and Managing Director of Lombard, an investment management firm based in San Francisco and Bangkok. He led the formation of the Thailand Equity Fund and serves on Lombard portfolio company boards in Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.

		Mr. Russell Low Tzeh Shyian Director Russel Low Tzeh Shyian is a member of the Board of Directors of The Medical City, the Clermont Group, and the Cassia Foundation. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Freedom to Create, and was the former Chief Financial Officer of The Titus Group. He also served as a State Counsel Attorney of the General's Chambers Civil Division.

		Dr. Rafael S. Claudio Director Dr. Rafael S. Claudio is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics. He is also the Chairman of the Operating Room Management Committee and a member of the Medical Tower, Inc. Board of Trustees. He is the Head of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Unit of the Philippine Orthopedic Center, member of the POC Medical Staff Organization Board of Trustees. He served as Chief of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Surgery Section of the Institute of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in St. Luke’s Medical City, and Head of the Orthopedic Oncology Section of St. Luke’s Medical Center Cancer Institute.

		Dr. Ruben G. Kasala Treasurer Dr. Ruben Kasala is the Chairman of the Department of Medicine of The Medical City and Head of the Section of Endocrinology. He was the Training Officer of the Quirino Memorial Medical Center, and assistant Professor in the UERMMMC College of Medicine Department of Medicine.

		Dr. Michael L. Tan Independent Director Dr. Michael L. Tan is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors and Chancellor of University of the Philippines (UP), Diliman (appointed 2014). He is also Professor XII of the College of Social Sciences and Medicine, and Clinical Professor of UP College of Medicine. Dr. Tan is a medical anthropologist.

		Mr. Salvador G. Tirona Independent Director Salvador G. Tirona is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors. He is also the President, CEO, and CFO of Lopez Holdings Corporation and Member of the Executive Committee of the Lopez Group of Companies. He also serves as Board Director of the ABS-CBN Corporation, and Comptroller of ABS-CBN Holdings Corporation and Lopez Group Foundation, Inc. He is a Trustee and Treasurer of the Eugenio Lopez Foundation, Inc., Board Director of Bayan Telecommunications Holdings Corporation, and Director and President of FWV Biolfields Corporation. He is a Board Director of Sky Vision Corporation, Sky Internet, Inc., Genata Holdings Corporation, Concordia Holdings Corporation, San Lorenzo Holdings Corporation, San Roque Holdings Corporation, Guimaras Airport Development Corporation, Guimaras Resort Development Corporation, Evanston Holdings Corporation, Luzon Communities Holdings, Inc., and Adtel, Inc.
