Paul Constante is an HR Associate of the team who leads the New Employee Onboarding Program.
Jason Kevin Lim is an HR Specialist who leads in Job Roles and Responsibilities of the employees which are aligned to the competency requirements of each position. He also conducts Basic Life Support for the Administrative Staff and Coaching Workshop.
Kristelle Iriz Tatlonghari is an HR Specialist who leads in curating online learning paths, behavioral and leadership development plans of the employees. She also creates collaterals to communicate with the employees.
Talent Development is a vital part of Human Capital Management Group which is the driver of continuous learning of the TMC Partners. The team is also collaborating with the leaders about the development plans of their team members.
