This event is open to Radiology Consultants, Fellows and Residents-in-Training.
Please note that slots are limited to the first 60 applicants. Registration period starts on October 12, 2015.

Guidelines
STEP 1: ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
Please click HERE to begin registration.
Kindly ensure that your internet connection is stable prior to submitting your registration. Click submit button once, processing may take a few minutes.
STEP 2: PRE-REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
An acknowledgement email will be sent to you within 48 hours to confirm slot availability. Payment instructions (amount and bank details) are also included in this email.
STEP 3: PAYMENT
Registration fee payment is made by bank deposit. Payment instructions (amount and bank details) can be seen in the acknowledgement email.
Please settle payment within the allotted time indicated in the acknowledgement email. Send a digital copy of the deposit slip to tmcradweek@gmail.com.
STEP 4: REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 7 days after payment verification.
Please present a copy of the confirmation email at the day of the event.
Registration without corresponding payment will not be honored.
NOTE: If you did not receive an acknowledgement or confirmation email within the allotted time, please contact us at the numbers provided below.
