The Wellness & Aesthetics Institute has officially launched its online booking services via TMC Online. You just have to go to online.themedicalcity.com/login and book your preferred services thru the platform.

Use of TMC Online Platform
Do I need an account to book services?
You may browse the services prior to making the account but in order to schedule an appointment, you must be logged in.
Where do I login to the platform?
Go to online.themedicalcity.com/login and enter your username and password. If you do not have an existing account, sign up and create one in order to book an appointment.
Can I edit my own profile and other details in the portal?
Yes, you can edit the information in your profile at any time. You may go to your profile, edit any information, and save the changes. Changes made to your profile will automatically be reflected on your updated profile.
Is the system safe and secured?
Yes, security and privacy measures are set in place to protect your electronic medical records, such as multi-factor authentication, audit trails, and password-protected logins.
What devices should I use to log-in to TMC Online?
You may use your laptop, desktop, or tablets to use the portal at any time. A stable internet connection with a bandwidth of 2.5 mbps is recommended. The portal is optimized to work in the most recent versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

What are the payment methods available?
You can pay via credit card or debit card. If you will be paying via Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), please present the Letter of Authorization or Letter of Guarantee from your company or HMO.
Will I be reminded about my appointment?
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automated appointment reminder via email.
How do I start a virtual consultation/online consultation?
A link to the virtual consultation room will be sent to your email. Click on the link and you will be automatically redirected to the virtual consultation/online consultation.
Can I reschedule/cancel my appointment?
Rescheduling and cancellation of appointments are subject for approval. Kindly contact the Wellness & Aesthetics at 8988-1000 or 8988-7000 ext. 6386 / 6579 if you want to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
