As part of Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, The Augusto P. Sarmiento Cancer Institute will raise a legacy fund for the benefit of the Breast Cancer patients of the Divine Mercy Outpatient Clinic. It will be used to fund the patients’ special procedures such as endoscopic mastectomy and intraoperative therapy. The fund will be initially financed through a raffle that covers the following mechanics:

1. The raffle is open to all Filipino residents, 18 years old and above. This includes but is not limited to The Medical City Breast Center patients. 

2. All raffle tickets will be purchased for P100 only at The Medical City (TMC) Ortigas Breast Center at the 6/F Podium Building, The Medical City, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City, Metro Manila. 

3. The raffle runs from August 8, 2022 to October 30, 2022.

4. Payment methods are (1) thru cash paid directly at the TMC Breast Center, and (2) the official TMC Breast Center GCash Account (09178049799).

5. The participant shall fill up the raffle coupon with their complete Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, and Signature and drop the raffle stub at the drop box located at the TMC Breast Center. 

6. The deadline for dropping of entries is on October 30, 2022 at 5:00pm. 

7. Raffle stubs submitted after the deadline will be disqualified from the draw. 

8. The raffle draw will be held on October 31, 2022 at 8:00am at the TMC Breast Center. Winners need not be present during the draw.

9. Ten (10) lucky winners will receive a gift certificate for the Digital Mammography and Breast Ultrasound Package valid for one (1) year. All winners will be notified via the email and contact number they provide in the raffle stub.

10. Winners will be given sixty (60) days after the draw to claim their gift certificates for Digital Mammography and Breast Ultrasound Package. 

11. The raffle prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.

12. Employees of The Medical City, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the contest.
