The Medical City's Mammography
The Medical City's Breast Center has a mammogram center that offers a comprehensive range of breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment options. Our board-certified radiologists use the latest technology to accurately detect and diagnose breast cancer. Our multidisciplinary team of experts also provides comprehensive care for patients with all stages of breast cancer.
What is Mammography?
Mammography is an imaging test that uses low-dose X-rays to detect changes in breast tissue. Mammograms can be used to diagnose breast cancer or to screen for it in women who don't have any symptoms.
At our mammography hospital, our goal is to provide comprehensive care for the diagnosis and treatment of all stages of breast cancer while also striving to improve outcomes for our patients. We are dedicated to delivering personalized care with compassion and integrity. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with breast cancer, our team is here to help.
How Often Should You Get a Mammogram?
It is recommended that all women between the ages of 45 and 54 get a mammogram annually. Women aged 55 and older should talk to their doctor about how often they should have screening mammograms.
Services
At The Medical City, we offer a wide range of services to help diagnose and treat breast cancer.
Digital Mammography
Our Breast Center offers digital mammography, which is the most advanced form of screening available. Digital mammography allows for more accurate diagnosis, earlier detection of breast cancer, and fewer false positives.
