Our premium package offers a nurturing environment with comfortable accommodations for you and your baby to create lasting memories. You will be accompanied by a team of skilled OB-Gynecologists, pediatricians, and anesthesiologists dedicated to providing the highest level of care throughout your journey.

Maternity Package Terms and Conditions:
1. The medical city’s premium maternity delivery package is not applicable to twins and complicated
delivery.
2. The package only applies to normal and uncomplicated pregnancies. The package will be deferred if
complications develop. Exclusions include but are not limited to preterm labor, hypertensive disorders
of pregnancy, diabetes, and other endocrine diseases, Group B streptococcal (GBS) colonization, heart
conditions, and other medical/obstetrical high-risk conditions.
3. All doctors' professional fees (OB-Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Anesthesiologist) are subject to a
10% withholding tax inclusive.
4. Optional and other items outside the package shall be charged at a regular rate separately.
5. The package is no longer subject to promotional and/or other mandatory/social discounts.
6. Room and Board: The package includes admission in a private room for two (2) days for normal
vaginal delivery and three (3) days for cesarean delivery. Any additional hospital stay will entail
additional room charges.
7. The package shall be forfeited if the patient decides to upgrade her room or refuses to room in
their baby.
8. The package is offered on a cash basis, with credit card payments, and managers’ check options
available.
9. The attending physician has the prerogative to cancel the package if circumstances dictate (i.e.,
if complications develop during or after delivery, including intraoperative referrals to other services)
10. Availing of the package shall be specified on the admitting orders by the attending physician.
Otherwise, the patient will be admitted at regular rates.
11. Philhealth deduction only applies to the hospital bill. Doctors' professional fees are net of
Philhealth and subject to VAT.
