Guidelines and Criteria in the Conduct of the Nomination for Directors

The Committee shall accept nominees for directors beginning April 1, 2024 until April 18, 2024.

TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS:

In connection with the Annual Stockholders Meeting Professional Services, Inc. for 2024, the Nominations Committee approved the release of Guidelines and Criteria in the Conduct of the Nomination for Directors for the guidance of all stockholders. The committee shall accept nominees for director beginning April 1, 2024 until April 18, 2024. You may download a copy of the Nomination Guidelines through the link or QR found in the file below.
