You can book a doctor’s appointment by selecting the Doctor’s Consult feature. Simply browse by specialty, view doctor availability, and choose your preferred date and time.

Yes, the app allows you to view individual doctor schedules so you can book according to their available slots.

Q: Can I manage my upcoming doctor appointments through the app? 

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel appointments directly within the app.


Diagnostic Appointment

You can book a range of services such as laboratory tests, blood work, imaging (e.g., X-rays, MRIs), and more.

Appointment Manager

Yes, the Our Networks section provides a comprehensive directory of The Medical City’s hospitals and clinics nationwide.

Yes, each listing includes essential details such as address, phone number, and available services.


Referral Program 

Q: How does the Referral Program work? 

You can refer new patients to The Medical City through a referral link or code. Once your referral is verified, you may earn rewards as part of the incentive program.
