What is TMConnect? 

 is The Medical City’s official mobile application designed to streamline access to healthcare services. It allows patients to conveniently book doctor and diagnostic appointments, manage their schedules, explore hospital networks, view accredited HMO partners, and participate in referral and rewards programs—all in one secure and user-friendly platform.

Doctor’s Consult 

Q: How can I book a doctor’s appointment through the app? 

You can book a doctor’s appointment by selecting the Doctor’s Consult feature. Simply browse by specialty, view doctor availability, and choose your preferred date and time.

Q: Can I view a specific doctor’s schedule? 

Yes, the app allows you to view individual doctor schedules so you can book according to their available slots.

Q: Can I manage my upcoming doctor appointments through the app? 

Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel appointments directly within the app.


Diagnostic Appointment 

Q: What types of diagnostic services can I book through the app? 

You can book a range of services such as laboratory tests, blood work, imaging (e.g., X-rays, MRIs), and more. 

Q: How do I schedule a diagnostic appointment? 

Go to Diagnostic Appointment, select the service you need, and choose a convenient date and time from the available slots.


Appointment Manager 

Q: Who can use the Appointment Manager feature? 

This feature is designed for doctors, secretaries, and authorized hospital staff to manage, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments. 

Q: Can I update appointment details on behalf of a patient? 

Yes, if you are an authorized user, you can update or adjust appointments via the Appointment Manager.

Yes, the Our Networks section provides a comprehensive directory of The Medical City’s hospitals and clinics nationwide.

Yes, each listing includes essential details such as address, phone number, and available services.


Referral Program 

Q: How does the Referral Program work? 

You can refer new patients to The Medical City through a referral link or code. Once your referral is verified, you may earn rewards as part of the incentive program.

You can monitor your referrals and earned points in the Referral Program section of the app.


Rewards 

Q: How do I earn rewards? 

You earn points for actions like booking appointments, referring patients, or availing services through the app.

HMO Partners 

Q: Where can I check if my HMO is accepted by The Medical City? 

Go to the HMO Partners section to see the full list of accredited HMOs across the TMC network. 

Q: Will the list specify which services are covered? 

The app provides partner names, and for detailed coverage, patients may be redirected to the respective HMO’s information page or advised to inquire with the hospital's HMO office.
