My TMC Experience: Cerio “Jolly” Lee

“I trusted The Medical City to do the surgery (lap chole) not because the hospital was referred to me but because I knew that its doctors and staff are very nice. They make sure that you are comfortable.

The nurses at the 15th Floor were all efficient and I appreciated that the head nurse always checked on me and asked if I needed anything and if I was being assisted properly. My answer was yes, the nurses assisted me well and they did with a jolly disposition, just like my name.  

But most of all, I would like to commend my surgeon, Dr. Edwin Carlos Bernardo. He made me feel safe during my hospital stay. He even asked me to pray before the procedure for a successful operation. 

Also, as we are facing a pandemic, it was required to have an RT-PCR test before the operation not just for my safety as a patient but also of my doctors and the medical staff who assisted me during the surgery last March 24. It just showed how The Medical City prioritizes the health and safety of the patients and its staff.

Therefore, I am 101 % satisfied with my overall experience at The Medical City. I would really recommend the hospital, its nurses, and of course my doctors to others. Thank you, The Medical City for ensuring our safety!
